      Pros

      Honestly, can't come up with any. Need a paycheck? Job by itself is OK - everything else below average. Lots of OT opportunities.

      Cons

      Too much reliance of temporary workers - very frustrating to train new people every day. Those that are worth something realize what's going on and disappear - find better jobs. Those that can't cut it anywhere else, stick around because someone will do their job for them anyways. In the meantime, mgmt pats itself on the back.

      Pros

      Lots of hours if that is what you want.

      Cons

      Too much work with limited employees in production. Poor health insurance. Seniority or work performance does not matter to Quad but rather who you know. Spend too much time accounting time on their own computer programs than getting actual work done. They do not care for their employees. Cheap company. Not good for community.

      Pros

      I think it is healthy, family oriented company. I work here over 2 years. I like leaders and believe in our future.

      Cons

      I do not have any down sides... May want more increase in salary. Who does not :). But I completely understand why it cannot be bigger now.
