      Stable company, decent benefits (with a catch)

      Healthcare is GREAT... if you live near a QuadMed facility. For those of us no where near one, healthcare stinks and is expensive (my doctor was shocked by my copay, let alone the deductible I have to meet before it pays). Pay is low with very tiny yearly increases. Sounds like it used to be a great company, but it's lost its soul since Joel took over. Hard to get a decent raise without taking on a new position. Upper management doesn't listen to workers until it's too late. Want you to do more work without compensation.

      Pros

      Great place to learn the industry and opportunity for growth. I feel like my contributions were recognized. Very friendly people who work there.

      Cons

      I wish they could offer more flexible working arrangements for non production staff. It is nice that they offer on site day care, but having the ability to work for home would have been very appealing for professional staff.
