      Some decent people to work with (most are dopes), work schedule is good. Benefits.

      Cons

      Clueless management. HR doesn't even tell you that your job title was changed. Poor training.

      Corporate initiatives conflict. Starting to see more groups having their own agendas, whereas they were more of a team approach for the common goal.

      Very employee oriented, QG worked to push decisions down as far as possible and drove ownership. Good benefits

      Cons

      QG bought the company I was working for, so the con is I didn't get to work for QG very long and wasn't willing to relocate to one of their plants in central WI.
