      Good culture, strong leadership and ongoing employee training and development.

      Cons

      Extreme client focus can be difficult on employees in a department that experiences frequent changes in direction/objectives but still needs to meet deadlines.

      Pros

      Daycare on site is nice.

      Cons

      Constantly saying it's about work/life balance, but it isn't. Mandatory overtime takes over. Get pay capped unless you move up, but no room to move up. If you can't rotate with the the schedule (ends of the week and day/night) you get left behind.

      Made an amazing friend group out of this

      - Terrible pay for how much we did for the client and quad itself - Horrible micromanagement, I worked there for a little over 2 years and had my hand held at everything I did. - Our supervisors did not trust us to do the job we were hired to do - Nowhere to grow in this company unless our supervisors were to leave -Had a promotion withheld from me after two years because of one small minor spelling mistake
