Wonderful I loved it until it was bought by Quad Graphics, then it became pure hell

The people from the Quebecor World "legacy" plants! Almost all, from the plant managers, sales, estimating, press operators , Bindery , housekeeping etc are decent hard working lovely people.
Cons
Underpaid ! Lowest in industry! The disrespect shown to any one who is not part of the original 7 Wisconsin plants is so rude it is shocking. Upper management came in to visit the GM of a division in Dec of 2013, one of the two "higher" ups was so rude that she rolled her eyes over 15 times in the space of 2 hours. Not only was this seen by the GM but also was reported to them (GM) by their employees. After the two left. This GM had increased sales by 300% and Ebit had increased under their management by more than 200% - expenses had decreased by 25% so it was not a performance issue. They simply want control of everyone and when you have the audacity to point out there are better ways to accomplish a goal you are immediately blacklisted and will be gotten rid of as quickly as possible.
