Pros

This was a very easy company to work for and for the most part a good employer.

Cons

The management team was extremely difficult to break into or you had to come in as part of the network.

Good company to work for if you fit their mold.

Pros

Excellent benefits, particularly for younger employees with families. Excellent health benefits. Plants have fitness facilities to rival professional gyms; medical facilities.

Cons

Least diverse company with respect to people, management and thought. They do not encourage or accept diverse points of view, but are very cloistered.

A good company to work for.

Pros

If you're an hourly employee, the overtime is pretty much unlimited. Want to work 70 hours a week? Have at it. Health benefits are good. On-site clinics and pharmacies are a great perk. Larger plants have decent food service.

Cons

If you don't like working overtime, it could be a problem. Deadlines must be met, and if that means working 12 hour days 6 days a week, that's what it takes sometimes.
