Pros

Great people work for this company. People are honest and friendly. Management works as hard as everyone else.

Cons

This company has lost "Harry's touch". Exec management has given into big company mentality. Long hours with extremely minimal wage increases made for disgruntled employees (that is exactly what the people are to Exec Management nothing more). Where Quad used to be a family friendly company now they will squeeze each individual for everything they can get from them for free. If you are thinking of taking a position here make sure you are hired at your top salary because that is where you will stay.

Time for real innovation and change

Pros

Large, fnancially stable company; strong corporate value, great heritage

Cons

Once a highly innovative culture, but now a company that is losing its edge. Quad has not successfully transitioned into the modern era of marketing by evolving its business model from print to digitally-driven multichannel. It has become a digital-first world, no longer print-first. Quad still operates as a printer/print-to-digital integrator. Visionary leadership is needed now to take a hard look at the horizon with a long-term view of the marketplace. Courage is also needed now to disrupt its own business model. Benchmarketing against other printers is not the answer. And the world really doesn't care much about "innovative people reinventing print."
