Pros

-lots of young people, you start in a group of 3-5 people -fun culture, work hard/play hard -rotational program, so you get to see a lot of the company -geographically rotated as well

Cons

-pay is not very competitive -you don't get to choose your rotations out right -post acquisition the culture has changed The company went through a lot of changes during their acquisition of World Color. I'm told that it continues to see changes, in culture, health care, organization and so forth. It's a mature market, and ink on paper is a dying breed. They are doing some work with ipad, and so forth.

Pros

the company is strong on the market, with innovations in the development for tablet integration of the print product.

Cons

hard managed workflow tools, employee's benefits are not up to the market level for the company of this size.
