Pros

Looking forward to better management. Hopefully better pay and treatment for employees who been there a long time and know the job.

Cons

I've heard about 12 hour rotating shifts. I can tell you flat out that the York D.M. plant will not do this. Ihave been here 20+ years and I know I won't be.

Pros

Quad promotes a culture of learning your job, knowing your job, improving and then teaching others. It is an innovative and forward thinking corporation.

Cons

Quad started as a small family company and over the past few years has become a very large corporation. They are still working through some issues with older methodologies (e.g., Ready, Fire, Aim) that are no longer viable for a company this large.

Good benefits, health/dental, 401k paid vacation. Friendly, team oriented work environment. Would recommend to a friend.

Cons

More training opportunities would be nice.
