Decent benefits Opportunities to work domestic/international (Not in all business areas though) Most of the people Ability to change positions internally

Cons

Lower than industry average compensation Uniforms (can go either way honestly - some love it, some hate it) Can feel like a cult and/or that you're having kool-aid shoved down your throat - it's hard to feel like the mangement is truly walking the walk and talking the talk for the values wheel that is promoted heavily.

Pros

Quad has an excellent benefits package. They offer a good level of support from the corporate offices. They have a strong commitment to technology and to looking to the future.

Cons

Quad states that their decisions are based upon a set of values, however, most members of management do not adhere to those values. It is a very top-down driven organization, and anyone who offers views contrary to senior management are considered problems. Much downsizing has occurred within the company, and more will follow, as printing will eventually be a very small industry in the near future.

Primary reasons I enjoy working at Quad - Flexible time, many opportunities for growth and challenges, good Sr. leadership that really seems to care.

Cons

LOTS of change over the past couple of years. Not necessarily a con to the company - they are doing what they need to do to survive during this poor economy.
