Pros

Quad is a Con. They have no use for Pros

Cons

Management is useless and lack experience or concern for employees. They see workers as monkeys and mules. Racism, discrimination, and favoritism is a cancer here. They are about punishment and fault. Leads and supervisors do nothing but implement more paperwork and not positive work flow. Rotating 3 day shift work, not a consistent 40 hour week. Horrible company. 1970 minded. Stay away

Pros

Decent pay, interesting work, benefits

Cons

No breaks, 12 hour shifts with multiple changes in your schedule for weekend shift to week shift and from days to nights. Expect to not have a social life. You work 3 days one week 4 days another if your lucky or they overload you with mandatory overtime that at times puts you at 60-72 hours easily in a week. Dangerous work if you’re not extremely cautious. Big chance of fires daily. Eat while you work in a dirty dusty humid and hot climate. Can’t trust cafeteria food, bring your own. Can’t go outside even if you get a rare chance for a break. Supervisors are stuck up and need to be more humble. Lots of Favortism. Large drug problem within company in a “drug free” company.

Pros

show up for work You got a job

Cons

I don't see no future here anymore. Everything has been taken away even 401k. they no longer match weekly but wait to make a decision at end of year if they are and how much. I don't see no $ being invested in the employees via raises, benefits, etc. They raise the starting pay 3$ for new and that's still the lowest in the area for factories, but operators get 30 cents for the wage compression excuse.
