Pros

They have good benefits, and are helpful with any questions you may have. Company has many things in place to encourage communication and engagement between everyone at the company.

Cons

The job description that I applied for initially does not match what I've ended up doing a year later, I feel like I was hired for one thing, but ended up doing another.

Pros

-12hr Shift -3day work week, Then 4 day work week, then repeat - Decent Pay

Cons

- 45 day notice for vacation - Only 1 20min break for 12hrs if your material handler/jogger. No break if you’re a rolltender, 2nd pressman or 1st pressman. yeah downtime might be considered a break but you can’t actually enjoy sitting down or anything or else they will tell you “what are you doing”. -Barely any overtime unless you’re favored by supervisor. -With the changes in 2023 they now limit how many days out of 7 you will work as opposed to previous years there was no limit.
