Benefits has decent coverage and discounts. Overtime available during certain times of the year if wanted.

Cons

Mandatory overtime, rotating schedule (ends of the week and days/nights), pay caps without ability to move up, required to work in positions above yours without appropriate compensation, absolutely no communication from department heads wo the department, no incentives.
