COMP & TALENT -document your negotiation and reviews — record on your phone….shady company -below market value salaries -$.33 to the $1 for 401k match (what a joke) -costly healthcare with high copays -plan forces you into CVS as your ONLY pharmacy, which is more expensive for the same medicine as compared to Walgreens -PTO doesn’t get paid out when you leave nor can you accrue it -talent is mostly homegrown -execs: mostly white, 50+ in age -If you’ve accomplished anything in your career this company will set you back years. -extremely unsophisticated talent, meetings are for horsing around esp with the events team -Sales and Marketing leaders are completely misaligned -CMO admits his board meetings are brutal bc he spends his time defending himself
