Quad reviews

Mass layoffs. Low wages. Constant threat of not having enough work. The company spends money buying plants and equipment then complains that there is not enough cash for its workers. Freezes on pay, and cutting hours.

I don't think the salary is competive. There is an overall lack of communication. Annual reviews are done poorly ( I've had four different manager to base this on) I was always give high levels of praise, but it was followed with no direction or goals. Any opportunity seems to what you find on your own, and you are usually only given a pat on the back for it.
