No longer great. Zero opportunity to advance.

Pros

Health benefits are slightly better than average.

Cons

They want to pay as little as possible, and there is almost no opportunity to move up. They grow through acquisition, and don't develop anyone. They just bring in new people, then after a year do it again. Promotions don't exist.

Pros

The size of this company offers many opportunities

Cons

This is a family run, cut-throat boys club where those who've been there since the early days thrive and everyone else is expendable if it means more profits

Pros

Was making a decent wage but that was also my downfall. Upon Quads decision to reduce staffing in the quality areas, they did so by eliminating the highest paid employees. This is happening company wide in all non production departments.

Cons

Quad doesn't like to pay competitive wages and if by chance at some point you are making a good wage it would be best to lay low and not draw any attention to yourself. Read the above statement.
