      Pros

      Some of the people in Quadient are great to work with. You're not being overly micromanaged and are given room to operate. There are opportunities to learn a thing or two.

      Cons

      Nobody ever asks whether you have bandwidth - you are expected to do whatever amount of work gets thrown your way. The department director changes every year and the same problems arise every year. There is no focus on fixing processes, yet there are always high demands that don't take any changes/influences into account.
