1) The CEO and leadership team have built the company with a strong foundation of work culture that represents ownership, accountability, team work and challenging status quo. 2) Leadership team demonstrates transparency and communicates well with clarity. 3) Company is well positioned in terms of growth and product offerings, this is a great opportunity for all employees. 4) Engineering team has some really talented people and pretty good tech stack.

Cons

Nothing particular I can think of. When Beanworks was a startup, naturally the work was more hectic; however, now there is more processes defined for everything and it is no longer like that.
