Pros
Neopost has a very positive environment. The expectations are high but realistic. I believe that this is why the quality of employees are so outstanding. Across the board. The encouragement and help from the entire Neopost team has made my transition such a great experience. I have not met one person that that has not shown an eagerness to help the sales team in their efforts. The different departments work extremely well together and are very supportive of each other.
Cons
I don't have anything that comes to mind as a Con. A challenge for some of the more tenured sales people is that there have been many changes in the focus of Neopost as we transition into a different sales process. We are focused more on the impact of our solutions for our customers rather than "what" the solution does. In other words, less transactional and more about what's in it for the customer. Neopost provides exceptional training in this process.
