- Awful management -Poor commission structure, sometimes they would pay you low, even though it was their fault for not providing workable data -Its a company that made way too many promises, but they never happened! - Only care about what product they're going to come up with but not actually care about their employees. ITS ALSO A DYING BUSINESS SO I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND. There's better SDR roles out there that pay WAY more and care about their employees.

Quadient is full of support. It's one of those places that invites you in and nurtures you to your full potential whilst providing support all the way along. The individual people that you will work with as well as senior managers have a strong focus on collaboration which adds to the fantastic culture here.
