      Dont be fooled by the positive reviews, there are better choices availible

      Pros

      -its a job if you need a paycheck that pays slightly above unemployment

      Cons

      -Micromanaged to death -invisible upper management(which are way overpaid, and the little guys are paid pennies,,$45K starting salary? are you kidding) -Unrealistic KPIs -Toxic work environment -Do NOT believe all the positive reviews. The company paid an agency to post positive reviews to raise their score. Dont you find it weird that they were all posted at the same time?

      Identity crisis. Sometimes feel that senior leadership doesn't know cohesive direction.

      Great company to gain experience

      Nice supportive team, lots of interesting project work, lots of opportunities to work internationally across cultures. Foreign travel (before covid)

      Cons

      Benefits package needs updating. Annual leave entitlement a little low
