Thank you for your positive feedback. Our culture is what truly makes us stand out. This year we have a large number of Inclusion initiatives, including the expansion of our Women's Empower Program which focuses on Senior Leaders and future Senior Leaders within the organization. We believe there will be a significant improvement in our Diversity objectives. Should you have any further comments on this topic, please feel free to reach out to the Talent and Diversity team.

Pros

Pay was good. Executive team is friendly.

Cons

Depending on manager there can be a tremendous/suffocating amount of micromanagement. I’ve never experienced anything like it, especially for a salaried/“senior” role. I truly felt like I was in high school in my first retail job. The parent company seems to be trying to do better on Diversity/Inclusion, but it is greatly lacking in the U.S.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We're glad to hear that your short tenure with us was positive with regards to salary and executive leadership. Concerning the micromanagement you had experienced, one of our core values is ensuring employees are empowered to do their best work. This past year has been an adjustment period for all of us, with the migration to home offices, and lack of face to face interaction. We're sure that all our managers and employees had different challenges adjusting to this. However, last year we rolled out a comprehensive training program, Smart Work, which provided educational resources to managers and employees on how to adjust to the 'new norm'. It is our hope that, should you ever return to Quadient as an employee, you'll have the benefit of experiencing that first hand. Thank you again.
