Neopost has gone through some major changes over the past few years for the better. Work schedules have gotten a lot better. Management has gotten a lot better at communicating.

Cons

Nothing is perfect and it all depends on the department you work in whether you will like it here or not.

Its a good multi-national company with a lot of upside...There are only 2 players in this industry and Neopost is the market leader in several continents.

Cons

The mailing industry is on the decline and the company needs to make the transition to digital in order to have continued success in the future.
