Pros

The medical and dental insurance are excellent and work well for me. The 401k is fantastic and the company match is steady at .50 cents on the dollar. Also the 401k is 100% vested immediately. This is unheard of! Local management is fair and consistent in customers service. Regular commination form corporate keeps the employees information. The Call Center was just moved to a brand new building with new cubes and furniture, excellent place to work!
