You get paid on time.

Cons

High turnover, micromanaged, unreasonably high goals and expectations. You will either be put on a pip, fired or quit within the first year. Horrible training, no one internally wants the major account position because they will not last in it so they have to hire people from outside the company who don’t know any better.
