      lots of bugs in our software, very unstable environment, data leaks, custom database with no tooling, custom UI framework based on ReactJS with no tooling, strict Waterfall

      Incompetent Lots

      It pays the bill and nothing else. Your brain will die.

      Cons

      Full of grade F management. Too many deadwood just keeping the seat warm until retirement. Approach to work is not motivating and full of reckless incompetent managers that have no interest in shareholder values just what they can get out. Unfortunately, if anything goes wrong, the burden will be borne by junior employees, non of them will last 3 months in a well run business, it will take a week to find them out. They are empty heads that think they are masters of the universe. Shocking really that there are such businesses in the UK in 2019.
