Hi there, thank you for your review! Great to hear you love the people you work with and our flexible work policy. We do not employ a 'secretary' position at Beanworks by Quadient. Some of our roles are required to be in office due to the nature of the role, and we aim to pay competitive salaries within the Canadian Tech Market, evaluated annually.

Pros

The sales team gets a lot of recognition in the company, the managers are generally really good, the company as a whole do have a lot of support for their employees and are willing to support what they can in your personal improvement or ventures.

Cons

Field service. admin or anyone even remotely support based are forgotten and rarely receive recognition, there are very little promotion or progression opportunities in these areas and teams are constantly restructured everywhere else in the business - there's a lot of uncertainty in the company.
