There are a lot of opportunities to learn and grow - by interacting with international team members, working with many different systems and technologies. I very much enjoy the culture and the people, who are very team oriented and enjoy working together to get results.

Cons

It takes a lot of energy to transform an organization and may not be right for those that appreciate structure and process over innovation and driving for results.

The foundational business of mailing has been declining for the last few years however Quadient has accelerated its transformation over the last two years aiming to meet customers' needs for digital, automated solutions. The refocusing of our business is on four main solutions - Customer Experience Management, Business Process Automation, Mail-Related Solutions, Parcel Locker Solutions.
