      The people were nice and tried to be helpful.

      Like most large sales orgs that have been around for awhile, the more tenured reps have ended up with the preponderance of plum accounts. But thats not a Neopost thing. I've seen it in my last three stops. Hiring on now as an AE or MAE is an uphill battle. You're going to be starting at ground zero. Ask about lease ends in your territory. Neopost has stated that you need to generate 70% of your quota from existing, expiring leases. Its a quick way to know if you have a realistic chance of attaining quota.

      Pros

      Very good work/life balance. Great culture and values, too; mutual respect is a common phenomenon.

      Cons

      Change and adaptation to new technologies is hard. 'Heavy' B2B products whose features are sales driven and not product quality driven. Finally, low compensation.
