Pros

Some of the fastest innovation in customer communications I have ever seen! I feel proud to be part of a company that competitors are following and analysts rate highly. No micro-management, leaders have complete trust in their employees which means I can get things done fast and new projects approved quickly. The people in the company are passionate and motivated - everyone is always excited because of all the new stuff. Managers can make or break your career in a company. I have a great manager. Generally the managers at GMC are fair.

Cons

GMC pay lower than other companies in the same market and have very limited additional benefits...but the culture, flexibility, and innovation makes up for it! Career progression is very much an administrative process, you can make the plan, but with such a flat structure there's little room to grow.

Quadient Response

Thanks for taking the time to write a review, it is always helpful. I am glad that you are truly enjoying your experience at Quadient. We review our salary packages every year in comparison with the market and industry, we find that our compensation and benefits, while not above average, are generally fair. I encourage you to discuss this matter with your manager and your local HR.

Pros

They really try hard to be employee focused. They are communicative with their employees, they try to have fun, and employees seem to be happy doing what they do.

Cons

Try as they might, they are a long way from being customer focused. Their processes and systems get in their way. They also lack quality training - their few trainers are stellar but they do not invest in quality training programs. Their corporate headquarters does not have a new hire training program or training room.
