I guess the only con I would share is that sometimes the company is too comfortable. They error on the side of friendly/social and there are times when the company should be more aggressive.

Poor Management, Favoritism, and no support. This is a declining business that is cash rich and vision poor. They've tried expanding into digital information but lack the patience and skills to develop the business. My guess is they will continue to flail until they change there management team and culture. They will allow 1 or 2 reps to make good money by stacking the deck against the rest of the team.
