Pros
Very good support system and mentorship for budding leaders in the company. Nice 401k match and great benefits. Compensation for managers and sales is very performance based, which is good if you are a performer and want to be in an organization that rewards performance.
Cons
Upward promotions would require relocation. There are a lot of offices throughout the country so that is a good thing if you want opportunity. As with any company undergoing transformation, sometimes the direction isn't always clear on the front lines, but it has improved over the last couple years.
