Pros
Worked with Good people for the most part. Gave me a chance to start my career.
Cons
No movement within company. In the process of down-sizing, I got out before the ship sank. Was told that senior managers at corporate know that they let "the good ones" go. Don't provide fair raises or benefits for good work. No matter how great you are you will get no more than 2% (if you're lucky) year over year. Taking many functions away from districts to corporate leaving huge gaps in client services leaving many frustrated customers.
