      Everyone in the company is very welcoming and supportive, you have the ability to work independently but also have the support when needed. It's a work hard company but also has amazing benefits and recognition when it's due. The Management team are very knowledgable and driven, everyone in the company puts there heart and soul in to make sure YayPay is successful.

      They don't have a gin trolley :)

      Pros

      Quadient takes care of their staffs well. Especially during this COVID-19 period, they assure us of our job, our safety with all the flexibility of working from home, our wellbeing with counseling and giving small gift.

      Cons

      There are rooms for improvements for internal processes.
