The US operations have indeed been through a lot of changes this year with the integration of CCM and Postal, these things are never easy. We are settling down now. systematic training opportunities, lots of room for improvement and advancement, co-workers are happy, management understands culture requirements, work life balance

Big company, so some bureaucracy to overcome. some cultural differences as a worldwide company
