Pros

Company with a straight Vision for growth and success. Competitive Salary and a lot of Freedom to plan your time. Good direct and open communication with the Top Management.

Cons

Slow reaction time to suggested changes for the development strategy. Suggestions are appreciated actions on that are missing.

Thank you for your positive review. It is nice to see how much you appreciate the culture and the benefits Quadient offers. It is important for us to keep the local touch and adapt our processes to the local market's requirements as much as possible. If you believe there is not enough action, think about how that can be improved. Please contact me directly to discuss this.

Pros

Your colleagues and the management here are great - the reason a lot of people stay at Neopost for such a long time is because they make lifelong friends. The management are always happy to chat, and there is an end of year party every February that really breaks down barriers between teams. There is always a focus on the staff and how to make them happy, with incentives and charity days happening all the time. There's a 25k a year target for the charity of the year, so there's always another bake sale in the head office!

Cons

Progression is a big con, and the reason I left. Unfortunately, there is only so far you can go up in this company, and there are very few women in management. That being said, if you are starting from the bottom they are very good at putting you though qualifications and training to get you to a certain level.
