You get existing leases fed to you ready for renewal

Cons

Where do I start. No phone software so they expect you to dial from your phone. No emailing software. You’re gonna be the youngest on the team by 30 years. Sales Engineers are complete pompous A-holes. If you’re an experienced AE stay far away from here because this is a dying company. Hardware company trying to become a software company and failing miserably.

Onboarding is nonexistent. Nepotism runs rampant. No documented path for upward mobility/growth. When you succeed, many will be there to attempt, typically successfully, to take credit ($) for the sale.
