Great products - bad Executive decisions

Pros

The people - amazing, smart, patient, creative! The products - industry leading, so much potential to improve and dominate the marketplace!

Cons

Low pay, senior executives consistently prove how cheap they are by not providing competitive salaries. I've had people who've wanted to work here, but as soon as they heard the salary, they bailed. Also, they don't have enough bodies in the seats, they run so lean, people are burnt out.

Pros

good training program. SEM group that cares about success of employees. Work from home (sort of). Good place to start if you are looking to break into tech sales.

Cons

Outdated product. Companies are actively trying to get rid of what we offer. As a result the company has shifted to offering software alternatives that are expensive compared to other leaders in the space. Quotas keep raising even though customers are getting rid of our hardware. Not the best product market fit.
