Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. It is encouraging to hear that there is a lot of freedom in your role, especially when performance is strong. However, it is important to acknowledge the challenges you faced with training which can impede productivity and confidence in your role. Improving the training process and streamlining workflows could help alleviate these issues.

Customer Service Role

Recommend
CEO approval
Business Outlook

Pros

- This is more of a "Senior Customer Service" role. - You will handle cases in a queue as you would Customer Service. - You will sit in available 3 days out the week to handle calls from the properties whether complaints or assistance as you would Customer Service from any property. There are none assigned to you, specifically. - The management team is pretty cool, no real micromanagement. - Friendly coworkers. - Good work/life balance.

Cons

- This is a "reactive" role opposed to "proactive" as a real CSM role. - The phones. If you hate talking on the phone, I advise to look elsewhere. - The pay is very low below industry average pay by a good 20% minimum. - The work load can become unbearable. - No praise or incentives for working hard, you're just rewarded with more work. - You will do a lot of work outside of the job description (technical support, accounting, etc) with absolutely no extra pay, rarely praise.
