Pros

The contributors at Quadient are truly some of the most passionate and motivated people I have ever worked with.

Cons

The pay is considerably lower than what other companies pay by a landslide. They compensate new employees with a higher salary than giving appropriate raises to current, hard working employees. There are constant process changes as well so consistency is hard to achieve.

Management is insane about micromanaging employees and talking badly about other employees TO employees! It’s the most unprofessional thing I’ve ever seen.
