Pros

Professional, drama free culture led and driven from the top. Great work-life balance. Great products and services that really help customers. Solid training and employee empowerment. After 3 years here, I never plan to retire as long as my health is good and I’m needed. I have referred several professional friends and even my wife for job openings at Quadient. This fact speaks volumes for my experience here.

Cons

Can’t think of a single con or challenge other than the way things are done here are somewhat different than my previous employer . . . but that's with any new job and not a big deal. They hire you, empower you, and then let you be you as long as you deliver. The cool thing is the leadership believes in SMART goals, so quotas and expectations are always very achievable.

Pros

AUTOMONY! As a previous SAHM, I am grateful for the flexibility and trust allowed me with this position. Due to school pickup/drop off, I work early mornings and a few hours in the evenings so I take my kids to and from school. The training is thorough and substantial and my team are given many tech tools to succeed. I also love that our first assignment is to call current clients who's leases are coming due as opposed to being thrown into cold calling right off the bat.

Cons

I sometimes get frustrated that there are more manual steps between the different programs we USE. I am not a coder but I know enough to realize that it would be very easy to automate some of the manual entry. I am still new at the company but hope to reach out to a few of my "coding expert friends" to get input on this.
