Pros

Honestly there are none other than being off on weekends.

Cons

Unprofessional management, ridiculous attendance policy, extremely high turnover rate, customers unfortunately get treated poorly just like the employees. This is honestly the worst job I’ve had. My advice would be if you’re absolutely NEEDING a job only take it until you find better.

Pros

Working remotely and benefits are okay.

Cons

Pay, micromanaging, not enough time to breathe during calls, management does not care about employees, you have PTO and sick time but have to call out to even use it, then you get points for that. No growth opportunities.

Pros

Really are not any. It’s a hourly job with high turnover as Employees are treated like slaves.

Cons

Terrible company and location. Barely holding on and Memphis facility is bleeding money. Dirty warehouse conditions with poor management morale is very low as pay is low and management is laughable. Mostly hourly warehouse workers and filthy conditions.

Safety of our employees is a major concern of ours. Our Memphis facility was located in an undesirable area. We have since moved to a much better location.
