Pros

Competitive salary, yearly cost of living increase, decent benefits

Cons

Lots of movements and reorg constantly, especially within mid to upper management. You are expected to move fast and be nimble in a bloated, slow corporate environment with so many IT tickets required to complete a task it's mind blowing. And then, when you're not moving fast enough, it's your fault. You'll be replaced without a moments thought. I found management to be wildly unrealistic with their goals and it will be your fault when they don't achieve them. This is a slow, very slow, corporate environment, run by boomers, who are completely out of touch with modern workflows. I can't emphasize this enough- stay away. Apply elsewhere.

Pros

Supportive colleagues and a professional head office environment. There are capable individuals across the business who work hard despite the challenges. The parcel locker division is one of the few areas showing clear growth and momentum.

Cons

Quadient presents itself as a software-led organisation, yet much of the structure still reflects a traditional “box-shifting” mindset with the same level of management . The infrastructure and capability required to support a true software model are inconsistent, particularly within enterprise, facilities management, strategic accounts and public sector segments. In recent years, many long-serving employees across HO operations and commercial teams have left, coinciding with cultural changes and a lack of clear strategic direction. Leadership is inconsistent, with a heavy focus on reporting and micromanagement rather than strong strategic guidance. Some individuals have been placed into management roles without the necessary capability or leadership skills, which impacted morale and confidence within teams
