Pros

The pay and benefits package is stellar. This is an international company with lots of opportunity to move around in the company. Many colleagues have worked at the company 20, 30 and even 50 years! This company pushes you to do more than you thought possible, extending past what you may find typical in normal call center project management.

Cons

If you can't handle a fast paced environment or doing things outside of your normal job description, this is not the job for you. You have to be engaged in your job to succeed.

Pros

Neopost is continuing to innovate it's software offerings which are helpful and relevant to the needs which companies have. They're continuing to take market share from their major competitor, and provide a much better customer experience than their major competitor.

Cons

Heavy workload and a somewhat micromanaged culture.
