Pros

I've worked at Satori for 2+ years and really enjoy the people and culture. The culture is very friendly and socially oriented.

Cons

I guess the only con I would share is that sometimes the company is too comfortable. They error on the side of friendly/social and there are times when the company should be more aggressive.

Great people to work with in. Nice benefits including vacation, holiday, sick pay, 401k match, tuition reimbursement. Company has vision and strives to reach it.

Cons

Minimal females in managerial or executive roles. Pay is not very generous for new employees or employees in lower level positions. Hours can be very long. Turnover can be high.
