      Pros

      This company has a lot of pros. Waffle Wednesday where they make fresh waffles from scratch. Beer Friday where the employees are encouraged to hang out with fellow employees Friday afternoons with free beer or non-alcoholic drinks. Most of the employees are smart at what they do.

      Cons

      Very difficult products to understand. Most of the profit comes from OLD OLD legacy code. Some of it is DOS based. Too many executives that nobody understands why they were hired. Because mailing systems are a diminishing market, there is WAY more focus being applied to the next thing rather than where 90% of the money is coming from. They keep buying companies with old crappy technology.

      Pros

      Pros 1) Employees are very co-operative. 2) Located at a good place 3) Benefits are good.

      Cons

      1) Company is working on a outdated product which doesn't have any future. 2) QA teams doesn't follow proper test plan or test strategy. 3) They will take the interview for a position and they will give you offer for another position. After joining managers will give the tasks for a different role for which you were never interviewed or given offer. 4) Managers doesn't communicate well in 1:1 meetings.
