Started at Quadient recently and it's been a great experience, friendly, helpful colleagues who create a very enjoyable, cohesive work environment across borders, whilst being mainly remote.

Cons

None really, remote working is great, and for someone who got used to working this way, needing more face time with colleagues in person is not a weekly must
