Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re glad you value the flexibility your role offers. While remote work can present its challenges, it also supports a healthy work-life balance and empowers our employees to thrive just as they would in a traditional office setting. We’re continuously exploring ways to strengthen team connections and foster a sense of togetherness, whether through town halls, participation in Empowered Communities, or ongoing team events and calls.

Pros

Has been pivoting to software and making potentially good acquisitions, work life balance is promoted at least in sales, comps, somewhat predictable and to have a level of control over

Cons

The biggest revenue driver is hardware sales around paper mail, which is disappearing faster than leadership seems to be willing to address, software sales are promoted by leadership, but not consistently when it comes to end of quarter incentives, overall offering is not very competitive
