      In this company is an effort to maintain a friendly team. The company strives to establish clear rules that will be followed. The company has an effort to look after its employees.

      Cons

      An attempt to maintain a friendly environment leads to incompetent people being occupied in important positions. For this reason, there is a complicated agreement on important matters.

      It was like a misguided roller coaster -- some ups, some downs, but no apparent direction.

      Pros

      Pretty flexible work schedule allows for a decent work life balance.

      Cons

      Management treats everyone like they are replaceable cogs. Very few of the decisions are done with the employees in mind. Nothing is done to retain good developers. Incompetence is rampant and is never addressed. Retaliatory management practices make it very risky to challenge any decisions handed down by management.
