      Liked the company, didnt like the project leadership

      i feel like company treated employees fairly good teambuildings they invested in employee education

      Cons

      the project leadership i was under was not good terrible micromanager as teamleader no career growth opportunities

      Pros

      great people to work with stable employer dynamically growing company with fast responses to market needs company tries to improve working conditions based on employee surveys free coffee and fruits in offices team offices are nice home-office is possible (with occasional office visits) paid overtime

      Cons

      rapid development takes it's toll on people (a lot of overtime, but certainly not as bad as crunch in game development) average management
